"These folks are about as careless and unreliable as they come. Please stay away! They handled the auto and homeowners coverage for my in laws and when one of them passed we let Kaleb know the situation and asked for information on how to handle the different policies. They followed through on cancelling an auto policy on one of the vehicles we had donated to charity and then, after multiple follow ups and zero updates from there end, Debra on their team let us know that all policies had been cancelled! So, without any explanation or heads up they cancelled all coverage on all property even while premiums were being paid. They will leave you completely vulnerable without any concern or explanation.
