"I called in about how to turn in police report, garage door damage estimate. A lady named Melanie got on her computer and sent me an email that all I had to do is to attach all necessary info plus claim number in the subject and hit the reply button and it sent all straight back to Melanie's inbox so she can examine all info and forward it to the claims to get another garage door and new drive motor installed in my garage. Just finished sending and now waiting on decision to replace my garage door ."
